Agreement
By downloading or using MetroDash, you agree to these Terms of Use with AlphaToZed, LLC. If you do not agree, do not use the product.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for entertainment on devices you own or control, subject to store rules.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to reverse engineer, cheat, disrupt multiplayer services, harass other players, or misuse the product in violation of applicable law.
Virtual Items & Progress
In-app progress, unlocks, or virtual items have no cash value and may be modified or reset as we update the service.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM LIABILITY FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
